Yes. We have supplied a pre paid returns label on your delivery note, There is a £3.00 charge if you use the label to cover the cost of postage and processing. Alternatively we recommend you post any returns using a carrier who can give you a ‘Certificate of posting’. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.

Can I exchange my items for Free?
Yes. If you require an exchange post your item back to us using the pre paid returns label on your delivery note. (You will not be charged for this service) we will send out the replacement item to you Free of delivery charge.

Pay Pal Purchases?
