Do I have to pay to return?
Yes. We have supplied a pre paid returns label on your delivery note, There is a £3.00 charge if you use the label to cover the cost of postage and processing. Alternatively we recommend you post any returns using a carrier who can give you a ‘Certificate of posting’. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.
Can I exchange my items for Free?
Yes. If you require an exchange post your item back to us using the pre paid returns label on your delivery note. (You will not be charged for this service) we will send out the replacement item to you Free of delivery charge.
Pay Pal Purchases?
Roman Originals Stores cannot refund Pay Pal purchases. We are sorry; all items need to be posted back to us using the Pre Paid returns label on your delivery note.There is a £3.00 charge to cover the cost of postage and processing.

I would definitely recommend Roman. Everything I ordered was in stock, all arrived the very next day wrapped and on their own hangers. I didn't even have to press anything before trying on and adding all to my wardrobe as they had only been in transit over night. Welldone Roman.

Just received this Jacket & matching dress in the post. Very pleased with the quality & the fit.
I know you have shops, but I can't believe how easy your website is now. what an improvement from last year. I ordered this dress for my mom amongst other things, she was so pleased with the fit especially as she has rather a large bosom but the straight skirt part of the dress made it so flattering that we both felt she looked like she'd dropped a size. Just what every woman wants.
