Can I exchange my items?
If you require an exchange post your item back to us, the return address is at the bottom of the delivery note. We will send out the correct item to you Free of delivery charge.

Pay Pal Purchases?
Roman Originals Stores cannot refund Pay Pal purchases. We are sorry; all items need to be posted back to us, the return address is at the bottom of the delivery note.

Can I return the items to a Roman Originals Store?

How long can I keep my order before returning?
