When sending an item back to us please ensure you use a reliable courier service as we are not responsible if the item is lost on its way to us. Until the item returns to us it is your responsbility.

Exchanging your items

If you require an exchange of size or colour, you can request a FREE EXCHANGE label from here. Simply post your item back to us within 14 days of dispatch using the pre-paid returns label. We will deliver the replacement item to you for FREE.

You can return your item to your nearest ROMAN store within 14 days of dispatch for an exchange or refund onto a gift card.
