PLEASE NOTE ROMAN ORIGINALS DELIVERY'S ARE NOT EFFECTED BY THE POSTAL STRIKE

Deliveries can be made to UK and Northern Ireland addresses, products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY FOR ANY ORDER OVER £45 THIS OFFER WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE CHECKOUT TO QUALIFYING BASKETS

Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)

Postage and packaging for all UK deliveries is a standard charge of £3.99

We use the Royal Mail for this and it is a tracked service.

Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after despatch.

A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Nextday UK Delivery (1-2 working days)

Postage and packaging for Nextday UK deliveries is £5.99

We use Parcel Force for this and it is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.

Any order received before 3.00pm will be sent out the same day, any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day, your Items will be with you within 1-2 working days after despatch.

A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

International Delivery (Delivery time varies)

We are happy to announce that we can offer International delivery please ring our customer service team on +44 845 508 9453 Mon - Fri 9am-6pm GMT

We use Parcel Force for this and it is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.



Returns Policy

To cancel an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after your goods are received.

To return an order

Once received, goods may be returned for a full refund OR EXCHANGE with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons, this includes hats, fascinators and underwear. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

Please note - Your delivery note will be required as proof of purchase.

How to return an Item:

By Post

  1. Complete the sections of the Delivery Note, received with the goods.
  2. The completed section of the Delivery Note must be included with the goods.
  3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.

Please allow up to 28 days for this.

Via Our Stores

  1. You can return your goods to one of our company owned stores for a refund or exchange (in accordance with the terms on the delivery note)
