Delivery Information
Deliveries can be made to UK and Northern Ireland addresses, products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
WE OFFER FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY FOR ANY ORDER OVER £40 THIS OFFER WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE CHECKOUT TO QUALIFYING BASKETS
Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)
Postage and packaging for all UK deliveries is a standard charge of £3.99
We offer FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY on orders over £40.00
We use the Royal Mail for this and it is a tracked service.
Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Express UK Delivery (1-2 working days)
Postage and packaging for Express UK deliveries is £5.99
We now offer FREE EXPRESS UK DELIVERY on orders over £100.00
This is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.
Any order received before 3.00pm will be sent out the same day, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, your Items will be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

All International orders are delivered by Royal Mail Airmail.

Returns Policy
To cancel an order
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after your goods are received.
Please note we are unable to cancel an order that has already been sent to our warehouse, you will need to return the order to us and your return will be processed subject to our normal terms and conditions.
Are there any products I am unable to return?
Any products you would like to return must be in the same physical state as when they were purchased. For hygiene reasons Lingerie, Pierced Earrings, Hats and Fascinators are non-returnable. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.
Please note - Your delivery note will be required as proof of purchase.
How to return an Item:
By Post - Please ensure you return your items to us within 14 days of us dispatching your item
- Fill out the sections required on the overleaf of your delivery note. Please ensure that if your product is damaged or faulty you indicate this clearly on the delivery note.
- Repack the item along with the delivery note. We will need your delivery note to process you exchange or refund.
- If you are returning for an exchange, you can request a prepaid returns label from us here . If you use our label for any other purpose then you will incur a charge of £3.00 per item returned, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively we recommend you post any returns using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of posting'. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility. Exchanges are FREE. Request an exchanges label here
- Take your parcel to the Post Office, ensure you are given a Certificate of Postage which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for this.
Please note we are unable to exchange an item more than 2 times.

You can now return your goods to Roman Originals Stores including Pay Pal purchases!
We are happy to exchange any item returned with your receipt within 14 days of dispatch (excluding delivery charge or discounts). In the unlikely event you are unable to find anything to exchange we will offer you the value of the return on to a Gift Card. Please see below for full list of participating stores.
