If you are a new customer then you can browse the Roman Originals site at your will and choose to buy anything you would like.

Become a Roman Originals Customer by Signing In First

To order a product with us you need to become a customer and you must register with us by giving us all your relevant details. Please click on 'My account' and follow the steps under the 'new customer' section.

How To Place An Order

1. Choose the items

   Choose the item you are looking for either by using the search facility or by selecting the relevant product section.
   To add an item to your basket, click on "Add to basket". Please make sure that you select a colour and size option where relevant.
   Please note that all prices are in £ Sterling and subject to UK VAT where applicable.
   Gifts - please note that if you are ordering a gift that all items are sent out with a shipment note detailing the item and price.

2. Check your basket

   The basket at the top of the screen will tell you how many items you have selected. At any time you can click on the basket to view its contents and proceed to the checkout.

3. Place the order

   Click on the basket, check the list of products is correct, then click "Checkout" and you will be prompted to sign in with your e-mail and password. If you have not already registered, you will need to do so. You will then be required to enter your billing and payment details. Each screen will have instructions on how to proceed. Your billing address is the address to which your credit card is registered. If you wish your goods to be delivered to an alternative address you must first authorise it with your credit card company.

4. Order Summary

   Once you have filled in all your details and clicked on 'Place your order', the order summary will be displayed. Please print it for your reference.

5. Confirmation by email

   Once your credit card payment has been authorised and your order has been accepted you will receive confirmation of the order by email.

6. Delivery

   Delivery only within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please allow up to five working days for delivery in the UK and eight working days for delivery in Northern Ireland. A signature will not be required. Deliveries are made by courier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. See Delivery and Returns Info for more details.
