Delivery

Deliveries can be made to UK, Northern Ireland and most international countries (read below to see if we deliver to your country). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any orders to PO Boxes.
FREE UK Delivery on orders over £20!

We offer tracked delivery on all orders.
We use Royal Mail for this and it is a tracked service.
Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
We now offer FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £20.00

Express UK Delivery (1-2 working days - £5.99)

Postage and packaging for Express UK deliveries is £5.99 We now offer FREE EXPRESS UK DELIVERY on orders over £75.00 This is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Any order received before 3.00pm will be sent out the same day, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, your Items will be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

£4.00 for all international orders under £50.

We aim to deliver to as many countries as possible, but unfortunately we are unable
to deliver to the following countries and areas in the section below..

Africa, Middle East, Chile, Colombia, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Vietnam, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Dominica, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts-Nevis, Saint Lucia, American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Mexico, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Bhutan, India, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Thailand .

All International orders are delivered by Royal Mail Airmail.
* Delivery transit time given by Royal Mail based on deliveries to major cities.
** Delivery to select postcodes may take longer.

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

Any products you would like to return must be in the same physical state as when they were purchased. For hygiene reasons Lingerie, Pierced Earrings, Hats and Fascinators are non-returnable. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

Please note - Your delivery note will be required as proof of purchase.

A. By Post (UK & ROW) - Return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your goods

You'll need to pay the returns postage and for safety, we recommend using a recorded delivery service with a trusted courier so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Our returns address is: Roman Originals Returns, Unit 1 Vantage Point, 5 Wingfoot Close, Birmingham, B24 9JH, United Kingdom. As long as the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 21 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been delivered to us.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 21 days when we're very busy. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this season.

B. Return to store

You must return the items to a Roman standalone store in their original condition and with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt of order. We will offer you the value of the returns onto a Gift Card excluding any discounts and delivery charge.

Please note - you cannot return goods through our concession stores. If in doubt, contact us before setting out.
